Yaegaki Sake Junmai represents the top of Yaegaki’s domestic sake line. It is a dry, medium-bodied sake with a crisp acidic finish that can be referred to as “food friendly.” It can be drank either warm or cold, and complements any Asian cuisines.
Including aroma and impact, the main attraction of this kurobin its its refined test. The aroma is not overpowering due to the subdued alcohol contents, thereby enhancing the flavor of Asian cusines.

This sake is made with our original yeast derived from actual yellow cherry blossoms in Kizakura. Since the alcohol content is 12% and it tastes sweet, we recommend using a wine glass which has you enjoy the fruity aroma.
